Experiments

Hello, my love. Had a fair bit of free time this weekend, and I spent a bit of that time experimenting with new things for the site. It's probably a bit silly, but… it's kinda fun for me. Anyways, you may see new things spring up from time to time, like the little reaction buttons at the bottom of every post now. And then maybe they might disappear later if I think it's too silly or something, lol. Feel free to engage or ignore as you like. They don't really do much, except a little animation I wish I could take credit for but which I found somewhere on the web, lol. I'm just goofing off a bit, to be honest… Anyhow… I know, it's kinda silly. But I had a lot of time on my hands on Saturday, lol.

PS - By the way… my mom is doing significantly better… not out of the woods yet, but I left yesterday confident that she was well on the road to recovery… they're going on a month-long camping trip to Florida here in a few days, and I can only imagine that'll help her along even more… which reminds me, one of these days I've got to show you their ridiculous RV. It's not the one they parked in front of my house one time a few years back… oh, no. It's even bigger and more ridiculous, lol. Two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a king-sized bed (actual king-sized, not “RV king” or whatever), heated tile floors. But, I guess when you're going to live in it for a month… Well. I sometimes wonder if something like that might be in our distant future… I think right now we're both thinking of downsizing when the kids are off on their own… but what about after retirement? Anyhow…
